Prairie Staffing's unique client-base, mostly in the Madison, Wisconsin area, but located throughout Wisconsin have temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire staffing needs. Prairie Staffing works with these businesses to help them meet their staffing objectives. These opportunities can range from entry to executive-level positions in a wide variety of industries and professions.

Depending on the need of the client, candidates may interview and be selected for positions in which they will be on Prairie Staffing's payroll (temporary), potentially be converted to the client's payroll after a period of being on Prairie Staffing's payroll (temp-to-hire), or go to work directly on the client's payroll (direct hire). Each of these opportunities is unique and provides its own set of benefits for the client and the employee alike.

Prairie Staffing finds people for jobs, but not jobs for people. What that means is; we only recruit and interview for currently open positions we are working on. We do not provide job search services for people. We try to find the right person for the job. Due to the volume of responses we receive we may not be able to respond to all candidates.
